Olympia Nursing & Rehabilitation Network announced today that it has acquired Spring Meadows Skilled Care, Assisted Living & Rehabilitation Center in Holland. Sima Lerman, president of business development at Olympia Nursing & Rehabilitation Network, made the announcement.
Located at 1125 Clarion Avenue in Holland, Ohio, Spring Meadows Skilled Care, Assisted Living & Rehabilitation Center will now be rebranded as Spring Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center by Olympia. This location will serve as Olympia Nursing & Rehabilitation Network’s seventh location and is the first in Ohio. The facility offers each of its guests customized nursing, rehabilitation and health care services for both short-term and long-term patients with highly trained medical care.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Tom Blakely will continue to serve as the administrator of the facility where he is responsible for the facility daily operations, resident satisfaction and ensuring medical regulations are met. Prior to that, he served as the owner/administrator for the Transcendent Health Care and the Blakely Care Center, Inc. Blakely earned his bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Bowling Green State University.
