Our Team
Born and raised in New Jersey, Jonah Bruck moved to Chicago in the mid-1980s.
With almost no money, he started a wholesale Health & Beauty care business and, within 4 years, he employed over 46 employees and became a major player in the Chicago market. 10 years later, one of Jonah’s few competitors bought out the company for an undisclosed amount.
In the late-1990s, Jonah Bruck partnered with Lennie Weiss and formed Olympia Group, which aimed to enter the skilled nursing home business. Jonah was key in handling all the operations, as well as looking for further opportunities to grow the business.
Within 8 years, Olympia Group became the 4th largest nursing home provider in the state of Michigan, as well as the largest in the Detroit Metro market.
After 20 years of partnership, Jonah Bruck and Lennie Weiss sold their facilities, but still maintain an equity interest in the new entity.
In addition to Olympia Group, Jonah Bruck and Lennie Weiss have successfully launched an additional company, Diamond Rock Properties & Investments, which invests in real estate and other opportunities. Today, Diamond Rock Properties & Investments has a multitude of investments across the United States.

Jonah Bruck
Lennie Weiss has been involved in the long-term care industry for over 30 years.
He began his career as a staff accountant in 1988, for a multi-nursing home chain in Illinois, and was eventually promoted to Assistant Controller and finally, Controller.
In 1997, Lennie Weiss became partners with Jonah Bruck and formed Olympia Group, with their first venture being in Lake Bluff, Illinois.
Within a few short years, Olympia Group quickly expanded in Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.
Both Lennie and his operating partner, Jonah Bruck, have owned and operated skilled nursing facilities in multiple states, with revenues exceeding $150M+ per year.
Lennie oversees and handles all the financing, revenue and financials of Olympia Group.
Lennie’s broad range of financial knowledge has led to owning and managing Olympia Group’s affiliated real estate company, Diamond Rock Properties & Investments. Diamond Rock Properties & Investments currently manages a broad range of investments, including: commercial and residential properties, hotels and student housing.

Lennie Weiss
Michelle Mahler began working at Olympia Group in July 2002, as the receptionist.
After much hard work and dedication, Michelle was promoted to Executive Secretary and Personal Assistant to Jonah Bruck and Lennie Weiss.
Michelle has maintained many financial records for Olympia Group and their accountants, created and maintained a marketing database, processed and distributed census and admissions analysis reports for all facilities, and continues to help Olympia Group grow.
Michelle has been, and continues to be, a vital person in managing the affairs and high-pressure needs of Olympia Group.
Michelle is an essential and proud member of the Olympia Family.
